Community Development (CD)Practice
As a trained community development practitioner, I enjoy the co-creation of projects and programs that support social justice in the community and allow for active participation of community members in project design and implementation.

Having worked on both sides of the funding table, I understand the often tricky balance between what funders need (credibility, structure) and what communities desire (authenticity, flexibility).

I am based in Geelong (VIC) and offer in-person consultancy services in the Greater Geelong and surrounding shires, including:
Colac Otway Shire, Surfcoast Shire, Queenscliffe Borough, Corangamite Shire
While I prefer to conduct consultancy services in person, I am also happy to offer consultancy packages via Zoom or Microsoft Teams for groups or organisations residing in other areas of the country.

All of my service packages are customised to suit your specific needs, so pricing can vary. Once we’re connected, I offer a free 30-minute consultation to better understand your goals and the scope of support you’re after. From there, I’ll provide a clear and transparent pricing schedule for your review and approval.

Once I have received your enquiry I will schedule a free 30 minute consult to discuss service needs and determine whether I can offer the support you are hoping for. Once agreed upon, I will develop a service and pricing schedule and provide you with a service agreement.

Most funders do allow for consultancy costs to be included in the budget, however grant writing fees are usually not permitted as part of your budget as they occur prior to project commencement.
